FELIX Holding sells its stake in SIA LaCon.

JSC Riga Carriage Building Works was found by
FELIX Holding.
SIA Netcards is established. Company transferred Riga Old Town’s entry/exit control system to
the use of Riga City Council’s Transport Department. It was the first
example of the use of a smart card product in Latvia in which the
functions of a payment and control system ware combined.

A
modern A-class office building FELIX Business Centre located in historical building, is opened after full
reconstruction, made by FELIX Holding.
1999
FELIX Holding sold Ogres Commercial Bank.
1996
FELIX
Holding establishes security company SIA FAM. It united experts in security
industry.
1995

Holding acquires 50% stake in SIA LaCon - stevedoring company, located in
Riga port. SIA LaCon offers general and bulk cargo: ore, steel, steel scrap,
general cargo, coal handlings.

AS Ogres Komercbanka (Ogres Commercial Bank) is established.
SIA Alpha Shipping
Company is established. Currently SIA Alpha Shipping Company is one of the
leading shipping companies in Baltics.

Severstallat is established by FELIX Holding and and one of the largest metal companies in
Europe –Cherepovets metal company (at present Severstal). Currently, Severstallat is one of the largest metal service and
metal trading company in the Baltic States. Company offers metal trade, work
and metal processing from Russia, other CIS counties, EU as well as India and
China.

Holding was founded.
The legendary Volga
To start the business, the brothers sold the car Volga. The legendary car Eriks Igaunis has from the time when he served in Hungary. For small amount of money, which the brothers received, they bought steel in Cherepovets. For the earned money they did not bought an apartment, or luxurious car, but only more new batch of steel.
After a long search for the legendary Volga, brothers bought it in year 1999 from the farmer. Now Volga placed on a pedestal of honor in Ogre - in memories of the birth of the company.
