Netcards was
established in 2001 and develops, adapts, deploys and maintains software
systems as well as provides consulting services. Netcards core business is
smart card payment system for curb side parking for Riga municipal Rigas
Satiksme and several supporting applications. Netcards is
also developing special purpose web applications. Such as:

registry and conference registration
- Latvian
legislation database with improved performance due to innovative linking
capabilities;
